The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To verify the individual’s identity 
  • To prove that they have usual residential accommodation and that they need accommodation for short periods of time.
  • To ensure that they are an adult as our bookings do not allow unaccompanied children.
  • To communicate with you following your visit for the purposes of marketing and refunds of any security deposits paid before their stay.
  • To communicate directly with guests for effective check in and check out.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • When guests book through a 3rd party for example online travel agents such as Booking.com, AirBnB etc

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Communicate with you effectively.
  • Verify your identity.
  • Process payments
  • Marketing purposes with your permission

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep your name, phone number and email for 15 years.

We will then dispose your information by deleting electronic files and safely recycling any paper documents collected.
